Under-Rated.com is a website that is underrated because no one has rated it yet. This is because it has no content or audience. However, once it gets popular people on message boards will want to say it's overrated, because everything popular is overrated according to people on message boards. However, the joke is on them because they will have to say UNDER-RATED IS TOTALLY OVERRATED OMGWTF. And it'll be all just hillarious at first until everyone thinks they first thought of the joke and everyone else has already heard it twelve infinity times already!!
